Dear Dr. Smith

Hello, I am a phisyo from the Basque Country and I have found a strange  disease on one of my patients.

The name of the disease is hamptetonrequinhousen, that is what Dr Smolov told us. In the whole world there are another two humans that have this disease and both are about to die.

The  symptoms my patient has are very strange. He has milk in his tits, and he throws blood from his mouth. He also has seven fingers.

My patient is very worried and I would like you to answer me inmediately because you are the only one that can save the live of my patient.
